Our Referral Partner Program thanks anyone who connects property owners with Elskyte Property Management. Whether you’re a Realtor, contractor, Owner, Investor or business partner.

Reward Breakdown

  • Realtors: Earn 20% of the 1st month’s rent as a referral commission.

  • Owners / Contractors / Investors / Business Partners: Eligible to receive a gift card or service credit up to $400 as a token of appreciation.

Example

Refer a property renting for $2,500/month → The referral results in a confirmed new owner account with Elskyte PM → Realtor earns a 20% referral commission. Non-Realtor may receive up to $400 appreciation gift card or service credit (discretionary).

In accordance with New York Real Property Law §442, referral fees or commissions may only be paid to licensed real estate brokers or salespersons. Non-licensed participants are eligible only for non-cash appreciation gifts (discretionary), which are voluntary, non-commission-based, and not contingent on any lease or management agreement. Elskyte Property Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
